1. ORDERS & PRICING

All orders placed are final and cannot be reversed or refunded. All prices stated on our Website are in Singapore Dollars. All payments have to be made in Singapore Dollars. Pricing ix fixed and non-negotiable. For international customers purchasing from other countries outside of Singapore, please note that any taxes or custom fees in regard to your purchase are to be held responsible by the customer.

2. PRODUCTS & COLOURS

All measurements stated on our Website are in centimeters (CM). All actual measurements may differ by about 1-2CM. Actual colour of the product you see depends on the resolution of your monitor or smart gadget devices, therefore we cannot guarantee that your gadget display of any colour will be as accurate as presented. 

3. RETURNS

We do not accept any returns once products are mailed out to customers. This is to ensure that all our products are brand new to all customers - Example: Try on and return back. 

In any event there is incorrect or defective products received, kindly drop us a DM on our Instagram within 3 days with a snapshot of the incorrect item or area of defect and to further process an exchange or refund for you.

Any forms of defects or wear and tear or damage caused to the product after wearing/washing is not considered a defect and will not be liable for any returns, exchange or refunds. It is the buyers' responsibility to treat all products received with care. 

4. PREORDER

All preorder products waiting time will be 2.5-3 weeks. We will always provide our customers longer time frame in case any delay in the process. Please only order if you are comfortable with the waiting time. Any further delay will be inform to customers.
